het vakantiehuis was prima verzorgd en met een warme sfeer. helaas ging de boiler kapot op dag drie en duurde het twee dagen voordat dit naar behoren werd opgelost. dat is oncomfortabel met zes mensen die toch graag iedere dag een korte warme douche willen nemen. de communicatie met het agentschap verliep moeizaam; duurde erg lang voordat je iemand te spreken kreeg en dezelfde informatie moesten we meerdere keren delen. voelde niet zo klantvriendelijk, alhoewel de houding van de medewerkers iedere keer zeer correct en inlevend was.
