Quaint little home, but lacking cleanliness and unfortunately no ac or adequate fans and was very hot. I really liked the feel of the craftsman home though!

DO NOT BOOK. Management company processes the booking but then requires you to upload sensitive information in order to gain access to the rental. When we asked to verify in another way, they would not accommodate and we ended not getting access to the rental we paid for and have been refused a refund. Terrible.

Charming old property, but poorly maintained. Issues during our stay: one of two ceiling light/fans didn't work; fridge had a loud high-pitched noise and a persistent smell despite being empty; no toilet paper holder; towels had visible stains; shower curtain was dirty; no hand soap; arcade machine in the play area was broken; keypad lock was unreliable, often took several tries; TV only worked if you logged into your own streaming accounts. Dealing with property management felt bureaucratic - slow responses, everything geared toward protecting them rather than welcoming guests. Felt like whoever originally cared about this place has moved on. Even checkout instructions conflicted: online said 10am, the binder in the unit said 11am. Photos look great, but the lack of attention to basics and cleanliness made for a frustrating stay. Wouldn't recommend until these issues are fixed.

This was a really nice stay! We booked last minute and were happy to snag this. The beds were both kings and very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was fantastic and they were extremely accommodating and nice to work with. There were good fans in both bedrooms and in the living room and the house stayed cool (we kept the blinds and drapes closed during the day) temp was about 26 degrees outside on the days we stayed. There was bucket of Dino toys and blocks for the kids that got a lot of play and was a nice touch. The Roku worked perfectly and was all we needed for TV. There was more space than we thought which was nice for the kids to run around. The decor itself was very well done. Sheets were soft. There was little to complain about. Keep in mind this is an older home, so it does have character in terms of scuffs/age, but it’s well maintained overall. We did notice there was an unpleasant smell right by the round glass table in the living room on the night we arrived, but it had disappeared by the time we returned later that evening and we didn’t notice it again—maybe some sort of cleaning product? That was the only thing I could really complain about and it was very short lived. I would def stay here again :-)
