A BIT SAD FOR THE PRICE

Toilet had not been cleaned with visible evidence, Hairs were on the bathroom floor. Carpet was not vacuumed with dirt in a number of places. We were in a building separate from the main hotel and it was very unappealing. front doors were locked. We saw no staff on duty in that building. Stairwell was cluttered.

Run-down hotel not up to the standards of the Best Western brand. rooms not yet cleaned even for a five pm check in, although cleaning staff was working hard, hotel spread across different buildings, lobby dirty with mud (it was not raining) , breakfast cold sausages and eggs, stale bread, no forks, one single serve coffee machine for both hotel buildings, made the wait for a cup of coffee at breakfast over 15 minutes. Doors thin as paper, could hear everything in other rooms. cleaning staff came back to vaccuum room while we were out for a walk and then left room door wide open, with our belongings inside! i feel very sorry for overworked staff. nice big room and nice soft sheets.

Tv only had one channel, no ice machines, had to get from front desk and they gave you a cup. Some pillows missing cases. Food from breakfast was still out at 7:30pm so NO I didn’t want to try the bfast.

The hotel was very clean. Nice breakfast. We only stayed one night. The room was spacious but could have used another chair. Most people travel in pairs so another chair would have been great. The chair that they did have in the room was very comfy. The only complaint I would have is that the toilet paper roll is way too close to the toilet! You have to sit sideways on the toilet if you don't want to knock the toilet paper off the wall,

This was the easiest hotel check in that I’ve had. I was able to do a form before I even got to the hotel, so when I arrived it took about 30 seconds to get my key cards. The breakfast was pretty great
