The space

This entire rental unit is designed for a comfortable and uncomplicated stay in the heart of Downtown Dubai. The layout suits up to two guests, with a single bedroom and bathroom, and thoughtful touches that make it easy to feel at ease whether you’re visiting briefly or staying longer.

Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details through the link to the check in form (in the confirmation email).

Your passport will only serve the following purposes:

1- notify the building security to allow you in

2- register your stay with tourism authorities



The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.
