The apartment offers high speed wifi, air conditioning and a larger fridge with washing machine for your comfortable stay. Located 8 minutes away from Downtown Dubai, the Burj Khalifa with also a Burj Khalifa View from the Balcony, Dubai Terminal 3 International Airport, Dubai World Trade Centre DWTC & Dubai Mall. The building has a free Gym on the first floor and a luxury swimming pool with free parking.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with a King-sized Pink bed a full bathroom, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker with pots, pan and spoons with plates. Microwave and a washing machine as well with detergents. Hotel grade towels and linen are available.

Guest has the above to enjoy during their stay. There is also a children’s play area close to the gym

During your stay
I usually travel for work, if I am around I usually stay in the 2nd bedroom, however usually never in the country. If I am around would show you the best restaurants and city if you need help. Also you can easily text me or email me if you need anything I’m always here to help :)
Other things to note
House rules includes respecting the neighbors and not having a house party. Please no parties allowed as there are amazing restaurants and clubs in Dubai. Please be mindful of the furniture not to stain it as it’s a luxury white sofa. SMOKING ALLOWED ONLY OUTSIDE TERRACE PLEASE. Please adhere to Dubai Laws and Rules at all times. FREE PARKING P18
Parking

Please all guests are required to submit their soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date. Check in time is 3PM and Check out is 11AM. Please do let me know if you need early check in or late check out, I am reasonable enough to accommodate it if convenient.

There is a cleaning fee prior to arrival and if you ever need additional cleaning of laundry or anything please do let me know. I also provide this service at an additional fee.

Feel free to use the cooking condiments, cleaning products and toiletries in the home. I am very accommodating and understanding. Also I travel a lot for work, there is a second bedroom in the apartment which I do stay in when I am in Dubai. However most times I am out of country.
