⚠ Please return access cards in good condition upon check-out. Lost cards will incur a replacement fee of AED 350 per card.

Please refrain from smoking inside the property! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 3000 for odour removal, duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their work at the scheduled check-out time, a charge of AED 350 for the late check-out and cleaning delay.

If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify us no later than 24 hours prior check-in.

If the request is made after this time, we cannot guarantee the hosting team will be able to make the suitable arrangement. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.
