The Space:

The apartment is set in Business Bay, a well-connected neighborhood known for its canalside paths and central location. With easy access to key city areas, it balances proximity to major attractions with a sense of everyday livability that suits both short visits and longer stays.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms. Each bedroom provides a comfortable place to rest, along with built-in wardrobes and clothing storage to help you settle in with ease. Bed linens and room-darkening shades are provided to support a restful night.

Safety features such as a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are provided. The home has a private entrance, elevator access, and is single level with no stairs inside. Free parking is available in the on-site garage, and luggage drop-off is allowed for early arrivals or late departures. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check-in and meet our obligations with the Tourism Authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details in the check-in form (sent in confirmation email).

Your passport will only serve the following purposes:

1- notify the building security to allow apartment access

2- register your stay with tourism authorities



The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check-out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.
