My stay was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. I was also impressed by the hotel's beautiful external design. However, I do want to mention a safety concern: the tub in my room was very slippery. I'd highly recommend that the hotel place a rubber mat inside to make it safer for guests.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel location is conveniently located downtown near local restaurants, supermarket, money exchange, and the metro. Local attractions like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall are nearby. I would definitely book again at this location.
