Pleasant hotel worth staying

Staff are nice and friendly. Close to city centre, metro, bus terminal, museum and souks. Room prices are pleasant. What can you ask for more? Definitely will be back.

Every thing in the hotel is very pale and very old. The curtains were very dirty.under the beds there were bogies and also the beds always moved also there was lots of spiders in the celling.The only person who cared for us was the cleaner.the swimming pool is rubbish! The water is very cold and it is only open when you call the people and it gets very annoying. The oven was very old and never worked . We asked for a new bed and they never gave it to us.it was very noisy.

It is a noisy hotel until late at night even until

It is a very noisy hotel with a singing sound and a tapping sound until 5 am. This is a hotel with few exceptions, except that there is a 24-hour mart nearby. Even at check-in time, the room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour.

unable to review our stay at this hotel... Even though we had booking confirmation, they had no rooms available..! Manager did his best and transferred us to another hotel which was awful.. checked out after one night and booked somewhere else!

Deplorable

I booked this hotel for my staff and they had to change because of the insalubrity. Really deplorable rooms... It is unacceptable to propose rooms like this one. Here are some pictures as evidence.

La strutura a due passi da vari supermercati

La strutura si trova in un area tranquillo, e circondata da vari negozi/supermercati aperti 24/24. Bisogno migliorare nella pulizia e farla fare da personale compitenti. Abbiamo dovuto lottare con dei scarafaggi, però quando abbiamo segnalato il disaggio erano disposti a cambiaci l'appatamento ma risultato inutile in quanto ci mancavano già pocchi giorni per partire. La potenza del wi-fi è da pure migliorare in quanto va e viene quasi sempre.
