The facilities were great, but the service was awful.
Upon arrival our booking could not be found for a good 15 minutes, despite booking confirmation and ID being provided.
When we were given our room number and key we weren't told which direction to go. We took the elevator to the fourth floor, only to find that our room was in fact on the other side of the connecting hotel. This was after the receptionist watched us walk in the wrong direction and didn't correct us.
We ordered room service at approximately 8pm, a simple pizza order to feed two adults and two young children. By nearly 9pm it hadn't arrived and the children were ready to sleep. Upon calling reception to check where our order was, they said they would check with this restaurant. At almost 10pm it still hadn't arrived. My wife went down to enquire and was told our order had been forgotten. When it did arrive approximately 2 hours later than ordered (when the kids had already gone to sleep) it was distinctly average. The reception then phoned 10 minutes later to check how it was, waking the kids up. Not ideal when you have an early morning flight to catch.
Based on the service received, I would not recommend this hotel.
