Hotel is great and breakfast number one Butt reception staff very rude and bad attitude the one lady maybe she’s name I think Marium should be room cleaner not a receptionist person . Yes the room and service was great as usual especially Armando in Club Lounge. But I object to being charged twice and having full payment taken off my Amex card (without permission) despite having paid Expedia in full back in April! Only a grudging apology and still waiting for refund! I know the ownership has changed and issues with accounting etc etc, but that’s not my problem!
