- Stays under 7 days: AED 250 per service upon request.
- Stays of 7–14 days: AED 200 per service upon request.
- Stays longer than 14 days: Complimentary cleaning once every 14 days.

Occupancy & Policies
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
- Smoking is not permitted. A fine of AED 3,000 will be charged if smoking is detected.
