Everything was great about the hotel. The bathtub is major issue was, I slipped badly and almost broke my arms. It is very deep, high, tilted and very slippery. The same incidence happened to a friend and fell on her hear and was badly injured. This needs to be changed to avoid serious injuries to your customers. Thanks

The hotel lobby is great! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They also gave me an upgrade with a larger room, which I truly appreciated. However I did not find my room great. It was clean but did not feel like fresh and some furnitures are not in excellent shape. Towels did not have a fresh aspect… But however, I believe it is a great place to stay overall and I am sure they have much nicer rooms! I was traveling alone and did not plan to stay much at the hotel so I book just a basic room. They have amazing meetings space, wonderful restaurants inside.

I had the best time at Media One, the staff was super friendly, they have some really impressive restaurants that offer great food at a good price. They have everything you could need of amenities with the perfect pool.
