Gnats in the bathroom and mold around the toilet. The room smelled extremely humid and slightly like urine. Hard to breath. When calling housekeeping, we were asked to not be too demanding. However the front desk and the actual ckeaners if the rooms were helpful.

Pathetic breakfast and the menu was the same all 5 days we stayed. Not much activities to do. Staff was helpful but service is too slow. Everything was done only when asked, follow ups needed. Can be better if thought off.

Novotel Knows how to Serve

Great stay at Novotel Deira Dubai during a short business trip. The ambiance and the service was top-notch and the room was quiet spacious and clean. Didn't get chance to use other facilities, but had a walk through the pool and it was great.

The stay is extremely pleasant and comfortable, especially the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable able to provide the best service possible. It’s my stopover trip and I had no clue how to handle but everything went well. The location of the hotel is very convenient to metro and easy to navigate to the main sightseeing.
