We had an awesome time at One and Only, The Palm. The hotel is immaculate, absolutely beautiful and the service was outstanding throughout our stay. In dining service very very poor. Manager apologetic. FD check in very very very poor. Knowledge of booking conditions very very poor. Empathy of the FD staff during check in with a baby was zero. Required us to highlight the basiics! Hotel is nice, remaining staff is friendly, acessibilities with a baby stroller not terrific. . Buffet restaurant staff was brilliant. Such a pitty with so much potential. Beautiful location and rooms.
