Our recent stay at Palace Downtown was truly memorable. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—elegant architecture, extraordinary grounds, and a serene atmosphere that made every moment feel special. There were plenty of excellent restaurant options on-site, offering variety and convenience without ever having to leave the property. Our room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. It really felt like a luxury experience from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. One front desk team member stood out—he greeted us with a warm smile, checked us in efficiently, and handled a room delay with genuine courtesy. He offered great advice on visiting the Burj Khalifa while we waited and later gave helpful restaurant recommendations. His kindness and hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. We highly recommend Palace Downtown and would gladly return. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, service, and style in the heart of Dubai.

Nearby restaurant very noisy

The room was extremely noisy throughout the evening. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before and usually enjoy my visits, but this stay was by far the most disappointing. Loud noises from nearby restaurants continued until around 11 PM, making it difficult to rest. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the noise issue, as it’s affecting the overall guest experience and reputation of the hotel.

This location was nothing if not the perfect vacation spot for exploring Dubai and the mall! There were a ton of food options both in and around the hotel. The pool was relaxing and all staff went above and beyond what I expected. This is the height of service and comfort wrapped into the perfect location. This will be my go-to spot from now on!
