Very convenient location, near metro station, quiet area, clean and very well maintained, safe area, the only thing I didn't like was the Restaurant ( inside the hotel) prices are expensive !

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the airport...this is very handy for first time - and even frequent - travellers to Dubai. It saves time, the hassle of tring to get data to order a ride-share or find a taxi. I also liked the helpfulness of the staff and readiness to accommodate reasonable requests. I also liked having the water supplied in glass bottles, the promptness of room service. A real nice gesture was leaving a new white room slippers when the cleaner noted the old ones I was using. I didn't find one supplied on arrival so this was nice :) I would have liked the room's amenities to revert to the old style small bottles etc. - these large dispensers are not my thing.
