I stayed in the Residences section of the hotel, my 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious with 1 1/2 bath, full kitchen and roomy living room section. The room was spotless clean and comfortable and smartly decorated and furnished. The hotel staff from reception to dining room were all attentive and professional. I did the half board option and found the breakfast and dinner buffets to be good assortment and tasty, especially the Indian foods and flavors.

Gym and pool were okay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Not much to do in terms of activities, however, the metro station was within 5mins walk from hotel, which was very convenient for me. Clean room, and staff were able to help when available. Staff is responsive - I requested a change in something, and they were able to get it done in time.

The hotel provided a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The customer service was exceptionally attentive and friendly, making us feel most welcome. Our room was incredibly comfortable, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment after a long day. This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Dubai. It's very close (less than five minute walk) to the Al Qiyadah Metro station, from where you can get to most anywhere in Dubai. On the walk between the hotel and the Metro station one can find not one but TWO supermarkets. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. With a coffee shop in the lobby, it's got everything you need for a relaxing stay in Dubai.
