So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all that's going on in JBR and the public beaches. There are lots and lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is brand new and has all you need to soak up the Dubai lifestyle in true comfort.

Our charming studio apartment is located on the plaza level so those scared of heights need not worry. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include free access to a gym and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them. There is also garden/small park area outside so great to stretch your legs.



With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.!!), there is also a kitchen which is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.



There is a free private car parking space and the nearest supermarket is less than a 2-minute walk away as well as other useful shops. The nearest public transport is the Dubai tram in which the stop is right outside the building.

The mall of the Emirates: 10 min taxi. 10 min metro

The Neighborhood:

Shop, dine and stroll by the sea along the chic waterfront strip known as The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR).



Along this buzzing beachside boulevard, there’s plenty of opportunity to satisfy your retail cravings with an array of fashion, home and handicraft shops and boutiques.



The Walk features shopping attractions such as Sauce-on-sea, a boutique featuring local and regional designers, plus a host of international retailers.

Another highlight are the outdoor pop-up markets where you can check out stalls offering jewellery, food treats and homewares, as well as take in performances by street entertainers. And don’t miss the adjacent shopping area called The Beach and the open-air cinema.



After a day of shopping, you can grab an iced latte at a café such as Paul, or sit down for a fine meal at one of Dubai’s best restaurants dotted along the strip.



Getting Around:

Definitely use taxis as they are so cheap. Uber does exist in Dubai so if you are an Uber'er use away. There is a tram and metro service with stops connecting you to the rest of the city a short walk away.



Other Things to Note:

SOFA BED:

PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.



COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:

If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item



FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:

If you require foldable chair and desk then there is ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:

If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.



LUGGAGE STORAGE:

If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
