HEATING & COOLING
The Grand on Macquarie features split systems and ducted heating & cooling in the living areas. Ducted heating & cooling has also been appointed to bedrooms 1-4. Bedrooms 5 & 7 feature split systems. Portable heaters have been made available in bedrooms 1-4 & 6, and bedrooms 1-6 have been equipped with ceiling fans.

Other things to note
Please note that bedrooms 6 & 7 are located separately from the rest of the home in a granny flat. This space includes a bathroom and kitchenette. There are doors separating both bedrooms, however, the kitchenette is in the same space as bedroom 7.
Also note that guests will be expected to climb approximately 15 stairs if staying on the top floor. There are also additional stairs at the entry point. There are an extra 3 stairs to reach the elevated ensuite platform in the master bedroom. The granny flat space also has 2 stairs.
