Unique little hotel at the end of the the tram line. It's a 40-45 minute train ride into central Dublin, but easy to get on. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very convenient & comfortable hotel

This is a very convenient hotel if you are going to a concert in Marlay Park or want to spend a few days visiting Dublin City without having to use your car. The Luas stop is directly outside the hotel and The Square Shopping Centre is directly across the road. The rooms are basic enough but are clean and have everything you might need for a short stay. We did not eat here. I would definitely recommend this hotel based on convenience alone :)

Property seems to have some HVAC issues. It was unusually hot in our room and AC did not work. Considering there were 2 portable fans and 2 portable radiators, I doubt this was a short term issue. They claimed they had someone try to fix it, but it was not working our whole stay. Great access to the tram, which takes about 45-min to get into central Dublin for anything to do/see. There is a mall across the street, but not many good dining options. Lots of fast food. Could use some better instructions on how to get into the parkade and where to park for check-in so you can get a parking pass. The hotel was hard to find as well, but better instructions through Expedia would save a lot of stress.
The plug-ins were under my pillow and kept coming out of the wall all night. Is this safe if something overheats or sets a spark?

Great but it’s a little bit of travel to city center or your meeting areas. Range from 25-40 pounds each way It’s alittle drive to the actual city center.

A long way out of Dublin centre but has tram station outside which operates frequent up to a very late-night service. Can be crowded coming out from city. Big mall type shop centre nearby. Rooms good size Best feature has secure underground car park included in room cost.

A fantastic Hotel,the staff are fantastic and very friendly and helpful. The Food was delicious and the rooms are spacious and very Clean. It’s Perfect for Staying if you’re going to a Concert in Marley Park. Bus straight in and Uber back €20. Definitely will stay again

The first room we were put into was totally unacceptable for us. The stench of spray cleaner to apparently mask the odor of tobacco was overpowering. The tv didn’t work. So they transferred us to a MUCH better room. From then on it was a fine stay!

The room was very nice and large. The beds were comfortable and they had a streaming ready tv. The hotel is very close to the shopping mall which includes a Tesco. Finding parking was a little difficult. We found the exit, but there was not a sign stating such and only said entry by intercom only. We did get the correct directions from the front desk who were very helpful.

Peaceful and quiet room, very clean, spacious for the three of us, room service every day, front desk staff ALWAYS helpful and friendly, great restaurant/bar. Only things to be aware of: sometimes the parking passes for the garage do not have the full amount of entry/release times and need to get new ones from the desk Parking spaces are VERY tight and difficult to maneuver into for someone not used to this kind of driving

Good for a night or two.

We had a good one night stay at the hotel. Parking was a bit tricky, but once you found the correct entrance, no problem. Lobby was a bit shabby, but check-in was quick ad easy. Desk person was polite. Room were OK, not great, but not bad. Not a ton of food options nearby, unless you want to walk into the village. During the day likely more options, but in the evenings, fairly closed down. Breakfast was OK, had everything we needed and service was good.
