The staff was very serious, not so friendly but that is fine as long as they were professional. Also I was told since I booked with hotels.com they would not be able to make any changes to my accommodations should I need it. I wanted 2 beds as I was traveling with a friend. The room was clean, there was a restaurant and there was shopping and restaurants around the hotel. We had a nice stay. I did have to go downstairs and request towels as my room only came with one hand towel and one bath towel and there was 2?if us in the room.

Our stay at the Premier Inn Dublin Airport was very short, just a quick overnight. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the convenient shuttle service. There was a charge for the shuttle which was a bit surprising as most are complimentary. Another surprise was that the on-site restaurant didn't open until 6pm so we had to find a restaurant off-site. However, the room was nice and clean, and we really enjoyed the shower.

Excellent location and great airport shuttle service. Walkable to a mall and other bus lines to take you to Dublin, Malahide or Howth. The staff was very friendly. Great breakfast at very reasonable price with 2 options, continental and full menu.

While the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the hotel itself felt like a budget airline trying to extract every dollar possible from its visitors. Signs were everywhere encouraging you to spend more money. The parking situation almost feels vaguely threatening given signs warning about clamping your vehicle abound. In addition, I was rudely awoken at 2 am by a group of guys singing drunkenly either outside or in the hall, I’m not quite sure which. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again despite it’s convenient to the airport.

We had to book last minute near the airport because our flight was delayed until the next day. Shuttle to the airport was very convenient, walking distance to the historic town of Sword for restaurants and shopping.

My room was a downgrade from what I booked. I did not book an accessible room, which was less expensive. I thought the Hotel is overpriced for what and where it is. I hadno problem paying for shuttle €3, but did not know this in advance, and signage at Airport lacking for Premier Hotel Shuttle.
