Gerry is exceptional at customer service

We stayed for 2 nights. It was very busy. Checked in at the self service desk - very handy! Unfortunately our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. But reception took immediate action. We didn’t move rooms until the next day. Gerry was exceptional in her customer service & kindness. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & made use of the Luas outside the door. The breakfasts were lovely as was our evening meal. Thank you

Stayed for a week. Only complaint is that we had a shared patio which was lovely but other guests had left cigarette boxes and butts on the patio that weren’t cleaned up for the duration of our stay. This was our second stay at The Gibson and would definitely stay again!

Comfortable stay and super easy to reach from the airport as well. Easy to take tram to centre and not a bad walk either.

Lovely hotel with bus stop from the airport only a 2 minute walk.Excellent location if going to 3 Arena and short walk to O connell bridge.Nice bar and generally a good vibe about the hotel.

The undergound car park had a sign that said no right turn which was the only way in that I could see and it was the direction I was told to take. I had to find alternative euro parc.

Clean, quiet and potentially good value for Dublin

Good, clean and comfortable hotel. Only 10 minutes by tram from O'Connell Street so easy enough to get 'close to the action' but far enough away to get a good night's sleep. Located in a 'sterile' environment, however, so if looking to be among lots of pubs and crowds then maybe give it a miss. If you are an old fart like me, then the calm, sterile environment may be appreciated after a few pints of Guinness and exploring the city all day.

Comfort ,convenience and location made this hotel a great choice for a night in Dublin.Extremely comfortable room will all mod cons,Luas transport on doorstep of hotel to take you a to the city in less than ten minutes .The staff were also very friendly, efficient and helpful.I would highly recommend this hotel.
