Staff were absolutely amazing!!! Highly recommend this property without hesitation ! My only suggestion is ice machines on hotel floors. This is the place to stay in Dublin without a doubt!

Our bathroom sink looked like it wasn’t clean. Staff were great gentleman working the bar in the evening was fabulous. Just little things overlooked like the ladies washroom on the main floor had to hand soap . But a great location for walking distances for most things.

Undoubtedly, the 5 stars go to the staff for exceeding my expectations. Very friendly and helpful and they just make the place wonderful. The rooms are small. The rooms are quiet and clean. The showers are perfect. You do need to pay extra for the buffet style breakfast but it was very good and restocked when it needed it. If you are looking for a place to stay that is fancy and has room service and snooty staff, this is not the place for you. There is a cocktail bar and barista coffees available. We loved the live music. One of the staff sang, too. Perhaps a down side is that you need to walk a bit to get to the heart of Dublin but the tram is just up the road.
