Rosario newly decorated apartment is located in the center of Dubrovnik, in the part called Lapad.
The apartment is located in quiet neighborhood but is also very close to all necessary facilities ( Old town, beach, promenades, groceries shop, bank, cafes, restaurants, children playground, casino etc. ).

Great Location, great hosts

Easy checkin, and a warm welcome. Vlaho was great explaining all the activities and restaurants nearby, gave us some great tips for easy transportation and where to eat. Definitely recommend the place.

Perfect location

Dubrovnik you didn't disappoint. Lovely apartment, with everything you need. Great host, veey welcoming. The location is set around a 30min walk to the Old City. However, loads of buses running every 20mins, if necessary.

quiet, nice location and view from balcony

very welcoming when we checked in, gave us the info we needed to navigate the area. Stayed as a base to do other trips in the area. Also checked out the town and it was a short ride or 20 walk to beach areas and places to eat. 5 min walk to bus.

Overall experience

Host very friendly. Greeted us with Grappa he made himself. Took time to explain where to go, bus location (5 minutes walk) and bus number depending on itinerary. Modest apartment very well located. Great overall view of Dubrovnik. I would very much recommend this host.

A wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at Toni's apartment. Upon our arrival, his dad greeted us and gave us the key to access the apartment. He also provided us with lots of information about things we can do, location of bus stop etc. There were fresh flowers, some wine, home made apple strudel and fresh fruit to welcome us. The location is great, a quick bus ride to the Old Town. Nearby supermarket to purchase any necessaties. Apartment was clean and cozy, I would highly recommend it!

Beautiful Dubrovnik

This was our first visit to Dubrovnik and we were stunned by the beauty of the old town and also the islands we visited. Toni’s apartment was the perfect base, away from the crowds in the old town but a very easy ten minute bus trip to the Pile Gate. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything about the booking was easy and efficient including Toni arranging a cab for us from the airport. Toni’s father greeted us on arrival and his wife had prepared delicious apple strudel which was waiting for us along with a traditional Croatian drink when we arrived after 10pm from London. He gave us lots of information about the area and couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend Toni’s apartment - a wonderful welcoming place to stay. I hope to be back one day. Thank you!

Warm, wonderful hosts. A beautiful, cozy apartment with a fabulous view.

Wonderful place to stay with hosts, Toni and Vlaha, that went above and beyond any reasonable expectations. Toni enthusiastically greeted us upon arrival and thoughtfully provided us with fresh fruit and pastries, treats for our two-year old daughter and Rozulin, a homemade liqueur made with rose petals that was out of this world. Later in our stay they gave us fresh peppers from their garden! Toni introduced us to the apartment, provided all the pertinent information and made some great suggestions regarding things to do and places to eat. He responded to any questions we had immediately and always responded immediately to our further questions The apartment itself was just right for the three of us to stay a week. The apartment was warm and cozy and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal and eat in, which we often did with our small child. The view from the balcony was truly amazing and it overlooked a splendid garden. We utilized the washer and the clothes line to freshen our clothes without difficulty. This place has it all! If location is everything, then Apartment Rosario is everything. The grocery store is a two minute walk and, crucial for daughter, there is a playground right next to the store. The Lapad promenade and Sunset Beach is an easy walk and both it, and Old Town are just a few stops away on the Bus Number 4. And, if you are a runner/walker, there are plenty of hills and some very nice places to run. A great combination of everything you need for a fabulous stay.

Nous avons effectué un super séjour à Dubrovnik grâce à Toni et ses parents. Excellent accueil à l'arrivée, Toni nous a tout expliqué, l'appartement est idéalement situé avec parking privé, et proche du centre , aussi nous allions au centre de Dubrovnik à pied, ce qui est bien pratique car le parking en ville est impossible. Siamo stati accolti da frutta fresca e strudel fatto in casa, accompagnato da liquore alla rosa. Sempre gentili i proprietari che abitano l'appartamento sottostante. Ambiente pulito e dotato di ogni confort. A 20 minuti a piedi dal centro di una citta' bellissima. Non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio.

Lovely apartment for 2 adults

Spotlessly clean apartment. Had everything we needed and more.. Nice balcony with a lovely view. Comfy bed. Good shower. Great communication, Toni was a lovely young man. Helpful. Lots of local info. We were made so welcome with home made cake from his mum, his dad 's home made liqueur, beautiful fresh flowers and a bowl of fresh fruit! All very much appreciated. We found the location ideal. Far enough from the town but a £2 bus ride away or a 20 minute walk. We had a wonderful time there!

Clean and Bright with a View

The property manager - Toni, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Upon arrival, we walked into a clean environment with lots of light and with an added bonus of home-made apple pastries from his Mom's recipe. The Manager also provided a list of suggested places to visit and quality restaurants.

Great host and location

Toni’s apartment is clean and is in a great location. Close to town with a Uber costing around 50kuna. We were greeted by Toni’s father Stepjo who was a total gentleman leaving us with a freshly baked apple strudel and homemade liquor. The apartment is small but very adequate!
