Spacious and sunny luxury apartment with a sea view in historic house steps from Old Town,
The apartment has 114m2 Is intended for 5 people, and consist of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and one single bed,Fully equiped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with shower, other with bath, hall, and large terazze table and chairs wth Old Town and Sea view.

Private family house very close to the city. It`s entrance hall with antique furniture reveals the beauty of 120 years old stone house.

It is surrounded by beautiful gardens, front garden with palm trees and flowers, and back garden with pine trees.


As the house is off the main street it is very calm and ideal for a good rest.

They are stairs to arrive to Solei and its not suitable for very old people or people with disabilities.

100m from apartment you can find mini-market with food and other supplies, and open market is at Old Town morning until 12.00.

Spacious apartment close to Pile Gate has million dollar views of the Old City and the sea from its large terrace. Note that there is no road servicing this area and the apartment is accessible only by lengthy stair climbs - pack light!

Lovely Place

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment--it had everything we needed and the views from the balcony were amazing. Yes, stairs/steps were everywhere but you get used to them if you are anywhere in Dubrovnik! The hosts were very attentive and easy to communicate with...would recommend this place!!

Steps to a View

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. There are a lot of steps so you have to be fairly fit. The property was beautiful and clean, the rooms spacious, and the view and porch were incredible. It is a short walk to the Pile Gate and a great location to explore Dubrovnik.

Fabulous Stay in Dubrovnik

This lovely property is very conveniently located to old town and all the sites. Although there are steps, which afforded us such an amazing view from our private veranda, the property was actually quite close to the upper road and lower exit to Old Town. The owners live on property and you could definitely see all the love and care they had for this property. They also were great communicators and helped arrange transfer to the airport. Would love to come again!

The location was great, near Pile Gate and steps from the Old Town! We loved the patio area which was our go to afternoon place to relax with a glass of wine after sightseeing! Can't imagine a more perfect accommodation in Dubrovnik!

We wish we could give this more than 5 stars! I stayed in the Solei apartment with my parents (75 years old) and two children (9 and 11) during a visit to Dubrovnik in mid-April and found it to be the perfect place from which to explore the old city. The hosts were lovely, the accommodation beautiful, quiet and spotless. As others have noted, the large balcony/patio gives you one of the best views you will find in the entire city! It's just outside the city walls, so you can escape from the masses of tourists to the serenity of the house & its beautiful gardens.

Excellent stay

Our experience was extraordinary. My daughter became Ill with food poisoning and our hosts helped in every way imaginable. Fortunately, she recovered quickly. The location quite near the walled city is optimal.

Best sunset view!

Everything about the property was great, but the terrace stole the show. It was our favorite place to be in all of Dubrovnik. We started every morning there and loved every sunset there. Would stay here again for sure.

Clean, close to city gate, great view.

The property is an easy five minute walk from imperial Hilton and only a few minutes away from the city gates / wall. Greatly enjoyed sitting on the deck at the end of the day with a local glass of wine.
