This unique, large, 1 bedroom garden apartment sleeps up to 4 people and occupies the ground floor of the owners (Australians) home. It is set amidst a beautiful garden with 12 ancient olive and pomegranate trees. The home is situated on a quiet pedestrian street, in the affluent Boninovo district and has its own private entry, and exclusive use of the front garden and the spacious al-fresco dining area with filtered sea views. It is a 5 -15min walk away from almost everything in Dubrovnik: the Old Town, beaches, cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, the medical centre, downtown, parking station, and public transport.

Parking is available at the covered Public Car Park some 5 min walk away or the newly built open car park which is just down the road - about a 2 minute walk away.

If you are arriving by plane, we can organise a transfer from/to the airport if you so desire. Message me for details. The alternatives are Uber/Bolt, taxis, airport shuttle bus.

A new, sophisticated prosecco bar with fabulous views has just opened up down the street next to the outdoor cinema Kino Slavica.

Note that all linen is provided, as are beach towels, bathroom necessities, as well as kitchen staples.

From centrally located Boninovo it is possible to walk to all parts of Dubrovnik, including the restaurant districts of the Old Town, Lapad Bay, and Gruz harbour. While the apartment is within a 5min walk to the nearest swimming spot, you will need to be fit to tackle the stairs back up from it. Within walking distance or a short bus ride away are the swimming areas of Bellevue Beach, Banja Beach, Suljic Bay, Dance Beach, Lapad Bay and Copacabana Beach. It is also a 10min leisurely walk, along an historic lane-way, to the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Supermarket, chemist and medical centre are a 5 min walk away, as is the bus stop from where you can go to other parts of the city and nearby villages. The funicular station, which takes you to the top of Mt. Srdj (where the views are spectacular and can be enjoyed over a drink or dinner at the mountain top cafe and restaurant Panorama), is a 10-12min walk away.

Guest access:
Guests come in through the shared front security gates, but have their own private entry into their ground floor apartment. Exclusive use of the al-fresco/outdoor dining terrace is guaranteed as is the front garden directly in front of the apartment.

Loungeroom: 2 x 2 seater leather lounges; Air conditioning unit; 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube etc.; Board games; day bed which can sleep up to 2 people as a queen size bed or made up as a single for children. Lots of books.

Fully equipped Kitchen: Toaster, kettle, coffee maker, tea pot, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, dishes, oil, salt and pepper, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven and stove, and a washing machine. All washing powder is included.

Bedroom:- 1 king size bed with a new mattress, bedside tables with draws, large built-in wardrobe, linen, doonas, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, ironing board and iron. Windows have external shutters and internal shutters for total block-out for a perfect night sleep. Air conditioning unit.

Bathroom: Towels, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

Beach essentials: - Beach towels and beach bag are provided for your convenience.

Safety features: - Fire extinguisher, First aid kit.

Please note due to the thickness of the walls, the wi-fi is best in the loungeroom and bedroom. It is very patchy in the kitchen, although it works outside in the alfresco dining area.

Lovely property with all the amenities you could wish for and in an excellent location.

We would recommend this property without any hesitation at all. It had everything that you could need for a lovely holiday. Anna and Bob were excellent hosts who went out of their way to ensure that our stay was easy and trouble free. Communication was excellent, queries before and during our stay were answered quickly. Anna arranged transfer from and to the airport which was both efficient and reasonably priced . The apartment was very clean, spacious and extremely well equipped. There was milk coffee, tea and a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival. Having an outside area for breakfast and dinner was a real delight as well as a continuous supply of fresh pomegranates (not available all the year round of course)! There is plenty to do in and around Dubrovnik, the old city is a delight, (even if you have never watched "Game of Thrones") and there are some lovely villages and islands to visit by boat. Anna and Bob pride themselves in offering a high standard of accommodation and service and they did not disappoint! You may gather from this, that we had a lovely stay. We did!

Great Apartment!

Check in was easy and Bob was very helpful and very friendly. We didn’t meet Anna but she was very quick to reply on the app with any queries. We loved the apartment and everything we needed was provided by them both. It was really clean with air conditioning and had a lovely spot to sit outside. Only a short walk to the old town too. All in all it was fantastic.
