The apartment is ideal for families or groups, offering comfortable accommodation for up to five people. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed for two, while the second bedroom includes a bunk bed for two and a single bed. The spacious living room provides lounge seating for up to eight people, making it the perfect place to relax. There’s also a dining area for eight, right next to the fully equipped kitchen, which comes with everything you need – microwave, toaster, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, and seating for four.The apartment’s balcony offers stunning views of Lapad Bay, where you can unwind and watch beautiful sunsets over the Elafiti Islands.


Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay (from the accommodation, a super market 100 meters away and a bus stop 150 meters away for a bus that goes directly to the Old City center.)
