Rundown

Property was awful. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Air conditioner upstairs did not work. Supposed to bring us a portable one and never did. It was 95 degrees outside. Paint was peeling off walls, closet drawers broken, kitchen dirty and broken cabinets, ice maker did not work, no extra towels or blankets, the floor in one bedroom was sunken in and rotted, overall very rundown and dumpy property. What reputable company would rent a property in this condition?
