This cosy family apartment is located in a popular holiday home directly on the dreamlike sandy beach of Duće near Omiš and offers the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday on the Adriatic coast. The house comprises a total of eleven holiday apartments and is situated in the best location – just a few steps from the sea.



Apartment A1 is located on the first floor and is perfect for couples or families with children (max. 2 adults + 2 children). On approximately 40 m², you can expect a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living kitchen with a sofa bed, dining table and satellite TV, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. The private balcony with a magnificent sea view invites you to relax - enjoy your breakfast or the sunset over the Adriatic here.



The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate hob, refrigerator, sink and all basic kitchen utensils, so you can conveniently prepare your meals yourself. WiFi is available free of charge, and the air conditioning can be used if needed (for a fee). Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.



Directly on the ground floor of the house, there is a cosy beach bar where breakfast buffet can be served in the morning upon request (for a fee). During the day and in the evening, refreshing drinks, cocktails, ice cream sundaes and small snacks are offered - perfect for a break in between.



The beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach is located just 10 metres from the house. Tamarisks provide natural shade, and the calm, shallow water is ideal for children and non-swimmers. Two loungers are available to you free of charge.



For your vehicle, a sun-protected parking space is reserved directly at the house. In the surrounding area, you will find everything you need for your holiday: a restaurant (50 m), a bakery and a supermarket (300 m) as well as a café right next to the house. The lively centre of Omiš with numerous attractions, restaurants and leisure activities can be reached after approximately 1.4 kilometres.



Omiš offers an enticing mix of nature, culture, and adventure: Whether rafting on the Cetina River, climbing the surrounding rocks, boat trips to the islands, or a leisurely stroll through the historic old town – everyone will get their money's worth here.
