The vacation home is located about 200 meters above Lake Maggiore, very close to Luino with its many attractive recreational and tourist attractions, as well as the largest weekly market in Lombardy. Its unique location offers a magnificent view of the lake. The house features a small Mediterranean-style garden. The heart of the apartment is the very bright living and dining area (approx. 32 square meters) with a built-in modern kitchenette, a stylish dining area, and a cozy living area. From there, you step directly onto the terrace, which is over 20 sqm² and offers a panoramic view of Lake Maggiore. A table and four chairs, as well as two lounge chairs, invite you to sunbathe and enjoy romantic dinners with a stunning view of the lake. You can enjoy the panoramic view and the sun on your terrace in complete privacy. An awning and a large umbrella provide shade in the height of summer, when you can enjoy the sun and the magnificent sunsets from sunrise until well into the evening.<br><br>The vacation home has been completely renovated and features a modern design.<br><br>Please note that during the peak season (May through the end of September), your arrival and departure days should fall on a weekend day (Fri, Sat, Sun). Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen in der Unterkunft erlebt. Es fehlte eigentlich an nichts, außer, dass eine Nachrüstung von Fliegengittern perfekt wäre. Der Panoramablick mit den täglichen Weckrufen von Hirsch, Luchs, Fuchs und Co. brachte uns dazu, vollkommen abzuschalten. Auch konnten wir uns auf Stefanies Hilfe und Unterstützung verlassen und wissen das sehr zu schätzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Prachtig uitzicht vanuit een comfortabel klein huisje met heerlijk riant terras. Keuken is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt, wat heel fijn is. Woning staat in een heerlijk rustig straatje. Wij hebben een aantal dagen remote gewerkt: internet was top.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Ein wunderschöner Blick auf den Lago und eine herrliche Ruhe haben unseren Urlaub geprägt. Man hört Lerchen singen, sieht die Boote und Schiffe auf dem Lago und nachts einen herrlichen Sternenhimmel.Man musst halt die längere Fahrt zum See oder runter nach Luino in Kauf nehmen. Dafür gibt es viele Wanderungen in der näheren Umgebung , morgens oder auch wenn mal kein Badewetter ist.Absolut empfehenswert !

Fantastischer Blick auf den See, das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wenn man sich an den Anfahrtsplan hält, auch gut zu finden. Herrliche Ruhe im Grünen, optimal zum ausspannen. Mit den engen Gassen bei der Anfahrt muss man leben, ist in Italien auch nicht anders zu erwarten. Kann man wirklich nur empfehlen! Top, ein großes Dankeschön an die Eigentümerin

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit. Alles ist da was man benötigt. Der Blick auf den Lago Maggiore ist einfach traumhaft. Die Anfahrt zum Haus nimmt man gerne in Kauf. Die Strecke ist kurvig und eng aber es lohnt sich. Parken muss man an der Straße vor dem Haus. Leider hat das WLAN abends nicht richtig funktioniert und es ging länger bis eine Seite geöffnet wurde. Die Kommunikation mit Stefanie war super. Schnelle Antwort bei Fragen und Anreise Informationen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nicht zu viel versprochen

Der Blick von der Terrasse in die Landschaft und auf den See ist absolut fantastisch. Fußläufig ist nichts erreichbar, das muss man bedenken! Die Wohnung ist angenehm eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Was der ein oder andere bemängelt, dass viele private Dinge von der Eigentümerin Platz wegnehmen, können wir nicht bestätigen. Es hat uns in nichts eingeschränkt. Es gab trotzdem genügend Platz. Die Möglichkeit die Waschmaschine nutzen zu können ist prima. (haben die Pods auch wieder ersetzt). Nachdem man den Schlüsselkasten (auf der Terrasse) gefunden hat, wäre es hilfreich, wenn der Ordner mit Tipps für die Gäste sichtbar zu finden wäre. Nicht jeder sucht erstmal alle Schränke durch. Schrank unterm Fernseher! Aber, wenn man pfiffig ist, findet man den Zulaufhahn für das Gas auch ohne. Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Durch das angrenzende Waldgebiet haben wir jeden Abend einiges an Tieren beobachten können. Rehe, Wildschweine, Dachs, Eichhörnchen ... Zwei drei Kritikpunkte haben wir dennoch: Es wäre absolut toll, Insektenschutz an den Fenstern zu haben. Wir waren froh, dass wir einen Staubsauger parat hatten. Bei dem eher niedrigen Wasserdruck, würde sich ein Randloses WC Becken anbieten. Das Wasser spült nicht bis vorne und es roch nicht so angenehm. Der WC Deckel würde einen Eingriff benötigen. Verschiebt sich, weil lose, und haut einem gerne Mal ins Kreuz. Kleinigkeiten, die unsere absolute Empfehlung nicht mindern!

Herrlicher Seeblick mitten in der Natur

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für 14 Tage im August gebucht, und waren von Anfang an begeistert. Der Blick auf den See war beeindruckend. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und abends konnte man Wildschweine, Füchse und Rehe beobachten. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und mit Allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Für zwei Personen bietet sie reichlich Platz. Die Anfahrt war am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber man hat sich dran gewöhnt. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Gerstenkorn klappte hervorragend, die Schlüsselübergabe mit Safe war perfekt. Wir können die Wohnung von Frau Gerstenkorn nur weiterempfehlen, auch wenn der Weg zum See manchmal etwas lang erschien. Michael und Stefanie Schwarzbach

Perfekt zum zweiten Mal

Bereits zum zweiten Mal verbrachten wir zwei Wochen in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus. Von der Ausstattung her, hat uns nichts gefehlt, alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Lage und die Aussicht einmalig. Auch das WLAN funktionierte problemlos. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Gerstenkorn war sehr gut. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!

Gute Aussicht

Die Lage und Aussicht auf den Lago war ausgezeichnet. Leider war die Wohnung mit den Sachen der Besitzerin fast komplett belegt. Wir mussten Stauraum für unsere eigenen Sachen frei räumen. Außerdem war der Garten nicht gepflegt. Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit am Lago Maggiore!

Schönes Haus für ein Paar.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön nach ein paar Anfangsproblemen. Terrasse ein Traum, die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet ind es fahlt an nichts. Vorallem der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war ideal.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit herrlichem Blick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Highlight für uns war der tolle Blick von der Terrasse auf den Lago Maggiore. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und auch die Betten fanden wir richtig bequem. Alles in allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung!

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr nett und liebevoll eingerichtet und richtig gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns nichts. Es war super sauber und klasse fanden wir auch, dass eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung stand. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat wunderbar funktioniert, sodass die An- und Abreise problemlos war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den großartigen Ausblick sehr genossen. Die Anfahrt ist teilweise auf steilen und engen Straßen, dies nur zur Info für ängstliche oder ungeübte Fahrer. Wir hatten selber keine Probleme damit. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Wunderschön

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus wunderbar erholt. Der Blick über den Lago Maggiore ist wunderschön, das Häuschen sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zugegeben, die Anfahrt war abenteuerlich, aber wir haben uns dran gewöhnt und den Aufenthalt oben in den Bergen um so mehr genossen.

Ruhiger Urlaub mit toller Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man braucht und ist modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, jedoch ist fußläufig nichts erreichbar. Einziges Manko war das unzuverlässige Internet, da es vom Wetter abhängig ist.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Lage ist einmalig, ruhig mit grandiosem Ausblick. Alleine die Anfahrt oben in den Bergen war für uns immer wieder ein Highlight. Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Rundum perfekt.

Traum am See

Ein absoluter, kleiner, perfekter Rückzugsort in traumhafter Natur mit tollem Ausblick. Komplett und das meine ich wirklich komplett ausgestattete kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung. Einfach 100 % Erholung und die 20 Minuten nach Luino haben uns überhaupt nicht gestört, weil das auch eine schön anzuschauende Gegend bei der Fahrt ist. Essen überall top!! Rundherum erholt und ausgeglichen sind wir uns zu 100% sicher dass wir wieder kommen möchten.

Sehr schön gelegen; hervorragende Aussicht von der Terrasse; allerdings auch ca. 20min Fahrzeit mit dem Auto vom See (Luino) entfernt; Objektbeschreibung stimmt; gute, neuwertige Küchenaustattung und Inneneinrichtung, ausreichend schnelles WLan....sehr empfehlenswert.
