In this newly built wellness holiday home with its own outdoor pool, sauna, and whirlpool, the worries of daily life are quickly forgotten, and you can enjoy pure relaxation. With its direct and unobstructed view of Lake Dümmer in the heart of the Schwerin Lake District, you can experience nature at every turn – see, hear, and feel it. Enjoy it from the spacious terrace in summer and in front of the cozy fireplace in the holiday home during winter. In case of bad weather, an activity house with a pool table, darts, and a comfortable lounge area is available! In the state capital of Schwerin, you can experience the city atmosphere and discover a wealth of interesting sights and attractions. The castle with its gardens, Schwerin Cathedral, and the Schwerin State Theatre are all worthwhile destinations. Highlights included: Final cleaning, Wi-Fi, 1 rowboat (May 1st - October 31st) The region around Lake Dümmer is not only a wonderful recreational area but also the perfect starting point for excursions. Swimming is possible at the shallow, child-friendly beach and from the jetty at Lake Dümmer, as are boat trips and fishing excursions by rowboat. However, the beautiful surroundings are best explored by hiking, cycling, or inline skating. An almost 15 km long, first-class cycle path leads directly from Dümmer to Wittenburg, where you'll also find an adventure park with a climbing park, an indoor ski slope, and a quad and go-kart track. Please note: The pool is closed from November to March due to weather conditions! This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings made on behalf of companies will be canceled, and any applicable cancellation fees will be charged. Groups of young people and men are not permitted. Linen packages are not included in the rental price. These can be booked optionally in advance through Belvilla (EUR 25 per person/change).
