The highlight is a covered and heated whirlpool in the outdoor area, which can be used year-round. This small holiday home complex is idyllically situated in a nature reserve in the rolling hills and lakes of western Mecklenburg, about 18 km from the state capital, Schwerin. The seven-kilometer-long lake is a great spot for anglers and, thanks to its excellent water quality and sandy beach, also a wonderful swimming lake – even for the youngest guests.

In the state capital, Schwerin, you can experience city life and discover a wealth of interesting sights and attractions. The castle with its gardens, Schwerin Cathedral, and the Schwerin State Theatre are all worthwhile destinations.

Activities nearby: The Dümmer Lake region is not only a wonderful recreational area but also the perfect starting point for excursions to Schwerin, Wismar, or Ludwigslust. Swimming is possible at the shallow, child-friendly beach and from the jetty on Lake Dümmer, as well as boat trips and fishing excursions with a rowboat. The beautiful surroundings are best explored by hiking, cycling, or inline skating. The state capital, Schwerin, with its magnificent castle complex, is also definitely worth a visit.
