In the heart of Roslyn village, easy walk to supermarket, cafés & bars. Short walk or drive to city.
Our co-host Simon is available to respond in a timely manner.
Within a couple of minutes walk, you will find Fresh Choice supermarket, a florist, day spa, a pharmacy, a physiotherapist and a gift shop. The suburb is also a stone's throw from Dunedin's only private hospital, Mercy Hospital in Maori Hill.
Drive down Stuart St and you'll be in the Octagon (City Centre) in about 5 minutes.
Moana pool and gym is about halfway between Roslyn and the City Centre, and has both fitness and recreation facilities.
1 car park is available in for a medium sized vehicle in a car port - maneuvering in can be a little tricky.
There is typically additional free street parking available down the 1-way street, just by the property.
