One bed apartment. 1.5 bathrooms. Full kitchen with cook top, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and coffee pot.
Close to many tourist attractions on the Otago Peninsula (Penguins, Albatross, Seals, great walks). There is a ferry within walking distance that will take you across the harbour to Port Chalmers.
There is a mini market across the road, a hotel bar with a restaurant (open Wednesday to Sunday), another restaurant (open Wednesday to Sunday) and a coffee shop (open everyday) all within walking distance.

Best place ever !

This was our best rental during our trip in NZ. Appartment is huge, fully equiped, super clean, modern. Very well located for visiting the Otago Peninsula.

This accommodation is about 20 20 minutes drive outside Dunedin city and 10-15 minutes drive to to the Otago Peninsula Albacros Centre and Penguin colony. Set just back from the waters edge our one bedroom apartment was well equiped and spacious. Although we did not use it there is a nearby ferry that offers a trip across to Port Charmers and coastal trips.

Lovely drive out to Portabello. Easy to find and great value for money. Cafe right next door with views accross to Port Chalmers. I would definitely stay there again.

Why stay in Dunedin when you can stay here?

Host was great to deal with - had couple of minor issues which was resolved straight away: Lovely Lady. Great view of bay & peaceful ground floor apartment with everything you could possibly need. Perfect location to see the area + Blue Penguin show at night. Would stay here again

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It had a wonderful view over the water. It was a quiet setting with helpful friendly locals. The interior of the apartment was spacious and well equipped with lots of little extras that gave it a very homely feel.

Location was very central, facilities, parking and contact with owner great. Only negative was the combo washer/dryer - dryer was painfully slow(as they always are!!) - used airer!

R & R after lockdown

Lovely property with everything you need. Very clean, easy check in no problems at all. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and appreciated the items in the pantry if we needed them. This is great value for money, and look forward to staying again. Lovely area to explore.
