Make your life easier in this peaceful, centrally located apartment.

Charming condominium apartment in Malo les Bains - Near the beach

Welcome to our cozy apartment, ideally located in the heart of Malo les Bains on Place Delta, just 150 metres from the beach. Perfect for a vacation with family or friends, our space can accommodate up to 6 guests thanks to the sofa bed.

The apartment is located in a charming building, typical of the architecture of that era. This is part of its charm, but it also means the stairs are a bit steeper than those found in modern buildings. We ask that you use them with caution, especially if you’re travelling with young children or guests with limited mobility. Also note: the top floor has a sloped ceiling, which gives it a cozy atmosphere, but you’ll need to watch your head in certain areas.

Please note that the bathroom opens onto the landing.

Enjoy a bright and warm interior, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and two cozy bedrooms.

The decor blends modernity with traditional charm, offering you a pleasant atmosphere to relax in after a day at the beach.

Located on Place Delta, you’ll enjoy a peaceful setting with an unobstructed view. Nearby, you’ll find numerous shops, the city’s best restaurants, and plenty of activities to suit every taste.

Whether you want to lounge on the sand, explore local shops, or savour culinary specialties, everything is right at your fingertips.
