Watercolor a Charming Island Cottage. 3 Bedroom

Watercolor Cottage is located in the heart of Harbour Island's historic Dunmore Town. It's just one block from the Harbour and 600 steps from world-famous Pink Sands Beach. It's a short walk to shops and restaurants.

Watercolor has three bedrooms and three baths. The bedrooms are separate and do not connect internally, so Watercolor may not be suitable for families with small children.

The Main House first floor consists of a small but fully equipped kitchen, a front parlor with a living area and a dining area, one full bath, and a bedroom with a queen-sized Murphy bed. (This bedroom can also be used as a sitting room. It is where the TV is located.)

Step outside to the patio for outdoor dining and the stairway to upper levels.

The second floor has a lovely deck furnished with a wicker sofa and chairs. Inside is the second bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bath.

Continuing up the outside stairs takes you to the roof deck with views of the harbor.

The third bedroom is located in the Bunk House, across the yard from the Main House. The Bunk House has a built-in double bed and a built-in twin bed above it. Note that the twin bed does not have a railing, so it is not suitable for younger children. The Bunk House has a bathroom with an outdoor shower.

Each bedroom has a separate entrance and private bathroom. Great for three couples.

Watercolor has wonderful outside spaces including the front porch, side kitchen deck, upper deck living area and windows walk.

Watercolor does not have a back up generator.

Rates are on a sliding scale based on the number of guests. We set the rates this way to make the property more affordable for smaller groups who use less utilities and put less wear and tear on the house. If you enter the correct number of guests, the reservation system will calculate the rates correctly.
