Relaxing FUN Home- short walk to Rainbow River

Welcome to Dunnellon, home of the beautiful Rainbow River! This home is perfectly located across from many shops & dining options. Swampy’s Bar & Grill on the Rainbow & the Blue Run boat ramp is easy walking distance. The home sits on a completely fenced in .25 acre. We have created a relaxing spring vacation home experience including lots of fun games & even kayaks. Come on by! *** snow birds ask about monthly discounts!

Dogs allowed on a case by case basis with $80 pet fee required with prior owner approval. Please clean up after your dog. No cats allowed.

This home is NOT located directly on the Rainbow River waterfront but an easy two minute walk away!

The property is a 2 bedroom (1 queen bed per room) 1 bathroom home with 2 queen air mattresses and pack in play crib available for extra sleepers. Any additional guests that stay any nights during your stay must be pre-approved and limited to 8 people total per night plus room for an infant in the crib. The base rate includes 4 people any more people are an extra nightly charge of $25/person per night.

The 65" 4K Samsung Smart TV provides easy login to any of your subscriptions. There is also a generous library of books and DVD/Blueray movies and ask to enjoy but please don't take home. Please report any damages to us immediately as well as clogged sink drains, non-working appliances or other home provisions so we can remedy the issue during your stay. We assume no liability for injury from using the property.

The spare bed pillows/bedding and the pack n play crib are located in the master bedroom closet. Please do not try to access owner supplies in the locked hallway linen closet, microwave cabinet, and locked plastic storage cabinet in garage.

There are Kayaks for your use. Guests must be able to transport kayaks safely. Please do not drag on the ground.

There is an outside fire pit with grill grate for use in back yard. Please practice safe fire practices. Hoses are easily accessible. Please turn off water and reel in hose when done. There is a 2 person hot tub for your enjoyment. Please keep the lid on and running when not in use so its maintains optimable heat throughout your stay.

Perfectly Quiet

We wanted a very low key, quiet weekend away. This place was perfect for that. The huge yard was perfect for the dog. Very comfortable inside with everything you could need. Several places to eat within walking distance and several more within a 5 minute drive. We will for sure stay here again.

Very close to springs and to amazing restaurants. (Lead Me) watch our dogs while we had a good time with grooming options. Latin Family restaurant was great, Maya Mexican restaurant was great. Home was well equipped for fun. Thank you for hospitality

Golfers VRBO Paradise Stay

We stayed for a 4 day golf vacation and wanted a clean, functional, and convenient stay and our expectations were surpassed immensely in every way! The host was super super friendly and fast to help out any time. The place was spotless, and everything operated without any issues. Great accommodations, super host, and a fantastic stay which made golfing all that much more enjoyable.

Great stay! HIGHLY recommend!

The property is clean and comfortable and so close to the Blue Run and Rainbow River. Our pup loved the fenced in yard and we loved that the fencing was so secure. We had two rainy days, but were completely cozy cooking and ordering in and making use of the darts and hot tub. We a few gorgeous walks with our pup at Blue Springs run and a great afternoon on the Rainbow River. All in all the hosts did a great job of providing for everything we could need or want during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here!

Peaceful Place

We really enjoyed our stay and Kaliela was a great host with great communication. Super easy check in and the house was perfect for us and our dog Jax with the fenced in yard. He loved chasing the little geckos or lizards- don’t worry he couldn’t catch them they’re to fast lol. Hot tub is a great feature- All in all it was great stay!! Thank you!

Wonderful home!

We had a great stay! There were kayaks available that we used on the Rainbow River which is right down the street. It's a beautiful river - spring fed and so clear you can see the bottom everywhere! There are also paved walking/biking paths in the park where we put in. Plus there are games, ping pong table and darts for indoor days. The house is immaculate and so well organized. All of the drawers, cabinets, etc are labeled so we didn't spend time opening & closing to find things. The kitchen is so well stocked - we had everything we needed. Swampy's restaurant is in walking distance as well and the food was great. Kaliela is a fantastic host!! We highly recommend this home.

Beautiful pet friendly property

Beautiful home,great location and very clean. Awesome privacy fenced in yard for our dogs. We came to town to visit family for Thanksgiving and needed to prepare some pies and side dishes, this kitchen is very well stocked with top of the line cookware and appliances. Made our prep work very easy. We’ve rented many VRBO houses all over the country and this one was by far the most well stocked. Would definitely recommend this property. The hot tub is a nice bonus too. 5 stars all day long.

Cozy family getaway

This property has so much going for it, between recent renovation, cleanliness, convenient location and family friendly features, this was an overall great place to stay. Check in was easy and owner responds very quickly to any inquiries. This property had board games, ping pong, foosball table, dart board and a fire pit which kept our family entertained throughout our stay. The yard is nice and big, perfect for our 2 dogs. The bedrooms were great to accommodate 2 sets of spouses and linen was clean and comfy. The owners attention to detail and personal touches with spring related decode along with a book filled with lovely pictures of her renovation experience was very sentimental. Would definitely stay here again if our future brings us to Dunnellon again.

An experience

The house was well put together. Basic kitchen necessities and house items. Great accommodations and entertainment kayaks and board games were a big plus. It's in a great spot everything is very close by. Overall a great experience.
