Itâs a standard room, it was a very hot room and they didnât have any fans. The bed were comfy however rooms very run down and could do with an update. Rather expensive for what it is
Basic rooms. Small size of standard room. Noisy doors during night. Tired. Poor decor and paint - repairs needed. Cheapish because of all this but a holiday inn just 300m away is light years better. Breakfast out of a packet and poor value. No reception or staff around (you have to go in pub). Smelly carpets. Toilet seat and taps loose in room 50. Overall, poor and if this is what greene king / hungry horse offer I will avoid all others in future.
Overnight stay on way back home from Luton Airport to Yorkshire.
Very helpful lady on reception. Room was clean, comfy KS bed, tea, kettle, iron & hairdryer. Only fault, bath very small, and someone in the Hotel set the smoke alarm off which woke us up!
Check-in was easy, canât remember the name of the staff member but she was very helpful and helped with my luggage. Stayed from Fri 20- Sun 22 March!
Room was very clean, modern, comfortable bed, pillows and duvet, slept very well.
All staff were friendly, happy to help and accommodating!
Will certainly return! đ
Hotel and restraunt staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and tidy.
Unfortunately the lack of working heating in the room made the stay a poor experience.
Room felt cold and uninviting.
