Enjoy all that Durango has to offer from this conveniently located in-town condo. Visit Durango's historic main street with a short 5-minute drive or access world class mountain biking trails right out the back door. The condo complex offers amenities for all seasons. Cool off in the pool after exploring the San Juan mountains, or relax in the hot tub after a long day skiing at Purgatory.

No matter your adventure, end the day relaxing by the fire and taking in the views of the nearby La Plata mountains and Animas River Valley from your cozy living room.

This condo has accommodations for 4 and provides a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large dining room table perfect for playing games or hosting friends and family. The cozy living room also has a wood burning fireplace and offers views of the nearby La Plata mountains. The fully stocked kitchen comes with complementary coffee, and opens up to the dining and living room creating an inviting space. This condo also provides:

- 1 bedroom w/ a comfortable queen size bed
- a loft with 2 twin beds
- 1 full bathroom

- high speed wifi
- deck w/ outdoor seating
- beautiful views of the La Plata mountains and Animas Valley
**This is a second level unit, there are two sets of stairs required to access the unit (32 steps total).**

During your stay you'll also have access to the shared pool and hot tub, grills, and sauna located at the clubhouse and a short walk from the unit. The hot tub and sauna are open year round, while the pool is open seasonally from May-September.

The condo complex backs up to Power Line trail which connects to Raiders Ridge and the Horse Gulch trail system, a world class mountain biking system. There is also a huge soccer field and park directly across the street, as well as tennis courts and a golf course (Hillcrest Golf Club). There are several more trails, as well as a disc golf course that weave through and around the Fort Lewis college campus, all within walking distance of the complex. There's also a local bus stop in front of the property for easy access back and forth to downtown.

While the location was convenient to downtown and the mountain view was lovely, the condo itself was really disappointing, dated, and dirty. The carpets were stained and dirty, the bath towels were stained and had clearly been used a long time, the bedroom closet doors were difficult to open/close and were barely on the track, the blinds in the bedroom wouldn’t open, the furniture was really old and in not good condition, the oven was ancient and kitchen drawers falling apart, and the kitchen items were very poorly stocked. It felt kind of gross with how old, broken, and dated everything was. This was not worth the money and I wouldn’t recommend to stay here.

Clean enough and beds were good. Tons of little things broken that need to be addressed (cabinets, drawers, loose fixtures) but nothing major. Pool is also broken.

Comfortable, clean and great location! Beds and linens were soft and comfy, wi-fi was strong and the kitchen was well stocked with actually usable cooking tools (not always the case at many rental). Kids loved the spiral staircase, loft area and having access to the hot tub and sauna. The condo is 5 minutes and a very easy drive to downtown. Easily bikeable if you don't want to drive.

Late 60s buildings with old air conditioning window units. The website listed an upstairs half bathroom. There was no upstairs half bathroom. Ancient heating unit. Third floor condo not recommended for individuals with disabilities. We followed check out instructions and they still kept the deposit. Spend your money somewhere else!

Cozy Indeed & Comfortable

This was a well equipped and centrally located property. There are a lot of stairs up to the front door but once there the view is great. Nice experience overall. Great price and good value. We would stay there again!

Great Condo great communication and check in process. The property is a little older so there is some wear and tear but it was nice and clean. Two minor complaints: the hot tub looked rough (with missing tiles scattered all over the pool area) and there was a lot a debri in the pool and hot tub. We were able to remedy that with some time using the pool net. Over all incredible stay

Good stay

Overall a great stay. Lots of windows to let in the cool air. Upstairs loft was a bit warmer than the rest of the apartment. Main downside were the steps up to the property not being adequately lit.

The unit was stocked! So grateful for the kitchen amenities. Hot tub was great. 2 of the three beds were comfy (mine had a slope to it). It was a comfortable layout and functioned well. We arrived in the dark and it was rainy. It took us 20 min to find our unit. Signage was not great and the complex layout feels a bit random. We experienced two others who were unsure about how to navigate the property layout. Overall, great space and super close to campus!
