Our remodeled and beautifully maintained townhome is just steps from in-town skiing, ice and roller skating, and mountain biking at Durango's Chapman Hill. It is also along Florida's biking and walking path for easy access to Downtown shopping and restaurants, the Animas River Trail, Bread Bakery, Animas Brewing, the Rec Center and more! You'll find Folsom Park across the street and access to the Rim Trail to Fort Lewis College nearby. Our place is an ideal, central launching point for all that Durango has to offer!
Our townhouse has great views out of the main bedroom and living room windows. Being an end unit, you will find it to be a quiet spot for your stay. The private deck is furnished with comfortable lounging furniture for you to enjoy the outdoors while enjoying evening cocktails or sharing stories with family and friends. The Weber grill allows you to prepare meals in the beauty of the outdoors.
The living room is very welcoming to those who enjoy a fireplace in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen is beautifully updated, and it'll make preparing meals a breeze. If your group does not gather outside to enjoy your dinner, the modern dining space (seating for four) is a great place to enjoy your meals.
For those who need to catch up on emails while they stay at our home, you will find the desk in the second bedroom to be perfect for your needs! Speaking of bedrooms, our comfortable beds feature the popular Marriott bedding and linens. We also have his/her bathrobes from local Durango Hot Springs - they are so cozy! While not shown in the photos, both bedrooms have a TV. The upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom, with the other bathroom is adjacent to the living room and kitchen.

Main Bedroom - King Bed (TV) + AC Unit - upper level
2nd Bedroom - Bunk Bed (Single over Double) (TV) + AC Unit - upper level
The garage is available to guests, and it is large enough for one vehicle. There are also two assigned parking spaces outside the townhome.
The laundry room is in an area adjacent to the garage.
AREA: Access a hiking trail that takes you to a seating area that has a great view looking West. That trail connects you to Lion's Den Trail, Rim Trail, Horse Gulch Trail, and more. Being right by Florida Road, it offers you easy access to the river trail which follows the Animas River to the north and south of downtown Durango.
PETS: The home is dog friendly (1 small dog (= 25 lbs) max) and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250). Pets must be crated if they are left home alone.
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
