This house worked very well of my family of 4. The kids loved the beds and the house was the perfect size. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed during our stay.

The condo is new with modern amenities. The master bathroom is very nice. Never quite got the hang of the shuttle system to the ski area, but it is any easy walk to the bottom of the lift.

The condo met all of our expectations! It was clean and well-stocked, with large rooms that were very comfortably furnished. The location was great - half way between Durango and Silverton, away from the traffic and noise. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the playground!

Exceptional Rental

This was a perfect stay for our family. The home was well stocked with necessities and fun to dos. We chose based on location to Ice Lake hike and national park road trip but you can find so many things to do anytime of the year. Highly recommend!

Awesome condo

10/10 recommend! We came up for a quick weekend stay as a family of 4 - kids ages 5 and 1. The condo was exactly as advertised and more spacious than expected. Bed and couch super comfortable . Hosts were friendly and responsive. Right off 550 but not noisy, and Great view of purgatory and mt engineer. Only con is a lot of construction around but that’s everywhere in Durango right now and did not bother us.

Great place to visit Purgatory

Perfect location, just across the street from Purgatory Mountain with shuttle access that picks you up right at your driveway. Duplex has a great layout, well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and garage was great to store ski equipment. Perfect for families or friends looking for a great place to stay. Highly recommend!
