Haliburton Dome

It was 4 years since our last visit to Haliburton. Harsha & Jag made us feel so comfortable in welcoming us back to the area. The Dome experience made it even more memorable, under the stars. This is truly an accommodation you should book! We even enjoyed the clean pool each day before retiring to our personal secluded accommodation. We even managed to see our friendly deer from the area. As an added bonus, they even have their own 15km walking trail, which is great for outdoor adventurers. We will be back sooner than later this year. You won’t be disappointed!! Older motel but our suite by the pool was recently re-done. New bathroom, flooring, and paint throughout. Nice little kitchen with everything needed for for a family get away. Our kids loved the pool!

The owner was welcoming and very sweet. The room was in good repair, clean, quiet and private. I especially loved the little touches like, warm light bulbs, adequate pillows towels and lighting options. Relaxing outdoor space. Comfortable beds. Great stay all around!

Wow! We stayed in the dome and it was beyond expectations. So clean, new and had amazing amenities! The welcome charcuterie board and wine was a lovely treat and the owners were very accommodating of our children. The pool was great for the kids and we even saw a few deer!

Lovely property. Quiet and serene. Older motel like building somewhat dated but clean and comfortable. Owner is very hospitable and easy to communicate with. Pool is beautiful. Property also has Geodome which the owner gave us a tour of. It would be a wonderful place for couple time. Modern, wood structure with views of the lake. I have used this property a number of times. Though older it is welcoming and not far to Tim Horton’s if you choose to walk. As an extra, we experienced deer on the property every morning for 3 days. Internet access is good. The owner will cook for you if asked.

Very welcoming and helpful. Pool was so nice on a hot day. Nice to see deer on the property. I didnt use the BBQ but nice that BBQs are available. AC controlled in room was great! I prefer a firmer bed.

Staff is always very welcoming, always happy to great you and answer any questions. Very nice location. After multiuple stays, we're always very happy with our choice to stay here! Only negative I have to mention, noise from upper level is very noticable. If someone is in the room above, its very easy to be woken up by footstaps and people talking

Harshsa and Jack were so friendly and kind, the property is lovely, our suite was impeccably clean, the heated pool was perfect for a cool Saturday afternoon and we loved all the wildlife — deer, wild turkeys, birds! We’ll be back — hopefully to stay in the dome!!
