You'll have the best of both worlds in this cute bungalow. A quiet, park-like setting only 4 blocks from the downtown area. Walk to restaurants and shopping, then home to enjoy peaceful privacy with deer in your front yard and a tree-lined, fenced-in private back yard.
The open field across the road is full of deer and other wildlife. The bike trail, quiet country roads and the snowmobile/rec trail are right out your front door.
Enjoy it all in this convenient gem.

Newly remodeled to provide you with a comfortable stay. Open concept living/dining/kitchen area. Plenty of sunshine in the living area. Well stocked kitchen.
You can sit outside and peacefully enjoy both the back and front yard space.

Charming House

We've had a very nice stay here in Eagle River! The house is super cute, there are a lot of kitchen appliances and utensils, the backyard is perfect for catching a bit of sun, and the proximity to downtown Eagle River and the grocery store has been quite convenient.

Eagle River Snowmobile Races Stay

We (2 couples)stayed here to attend the World Championship Vintage Snowmobile races at the WCDC. The home location was perfect for us only a few mins from the racetrack and many eating options with number of them within walking distance in nice weather. The house itself was very clean, recently tastefully remodeled, well appointed with all the things needed to prepare most any meal. Comfortable beds and furniture and a large dinning room table made the time spent here very enjoyable. They have a number games to pass the time indoors along with a large backyard with fire pit to use in the summertime or watch the deer that seemed to show up every night. The owner is quick to respond to any questions. If you are staying in this area I highly recommend staying here.

Clean and cozy

The home was very clean and well decorated and had great updates throughout. The communication was not as prompt as I normally experience. We were not able to locate the linens for the sofa sleeper so I messaged the host upon arrival. Did not hear back from her until the morning of departure. My only other complaint is the excessive use of air fresheners. The house was overwhelmed by the use of air fresheners and we searched the home to unplug them; however we kept finding more hidden throughout our stay. 5 in total in a tiny home. Two of the 4 of us are sensitive to artificial scents and unfortunately they trigger Migraines for us

Quiet and cozy

We loved this property. Very clean and nicely decorated. Very close to the downtown area but in a quiet neighborhood. We saw deer every night. Very impressed with all the amenities provided. We woould definitely stay here again.

The stay was amazing. The house was tremendous soon as you walked in. It was an open concept very warm welcome very well decorated. The house Was spacious. The front has a view and the back of the house was so awesome. Communication was great with host. Access was super easy. Great taste in decor. Loved the house. Thank you for allowing my family to stay at your beautiful place. Also was very affordable. For our event that was held. The location was so convenient. The surrounding of the downtown was so close and convenient as well.

Property was very clean and convenient. The house is located on a quiet street only a couple blocks from Eagle River's main road. You feel secluded while being very close to the action. Property owner was very responsive to questions.

Loved the house & location

So nice to have everything we needed. Loved the little touches( cups and various items in the bathroom, coffee creamer, ice ready for us when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again.
