These 1.5 acres offer two private piers and prime access to swimming, fishing, and boating in the provided canoe and rowboat (with life jackets). Take in the beauty of the surrounding trees and lake from the screened-in porch, roast marshmallows around the outdoor fire pit as the sun sets.

This home is located on a teardrop-shaped peninsula on the shores of Voyageur Lake, with a private dock serving as the launch point for all kinds of water adventures. In the summer, you'll be just a few miles from hiking trails in the wild expanse of Nicolet National Forest; come wintertime, you can snowmobile, snowshoe, and cross country ski right from the property. If you want to rent a boat, you'll be only two miles from Boat Sport Marina. The town of Eagle River is six miles west, where you'll find museums, snowmobile rentals, restaurants, breweries, and Eagle Falls Adventure Golf & Laser Tag. Anvil Lake Trail State Natural Area, just eight miles east, and other natural oases provide you with other hiking trails and small lakes to explore.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
