WELCOME TO THE EVERETT,
The Lodge at The Everett is our Flagship vacation rental offering. The Lodge at The Everett is a 4-Season, West facing, 2-Story structure located just steps from the gently sloping shoreline of beautiful Catfish Lake. The Lodge sleeps 26 guests offering central air & heat and 13 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Fully equipped gourmet Kitchen offers all new stainless appliances, large kitchen island, a Great Room and a separate Media Room with 10' projection screen.

Great Room offers some 17 ft ceilings and enjoys west facing windows from which guests can take in the beautiful lake views and stunning sunsets.

ABOUT THE EVERETT
The Everett is listed on the National Register of Historical Places is one of Eagle River's most beloved and storied properties. The Everett, accessible by both land and water, was purchased in 2018 and underwent extensive renovation with special care taken to honor and retain as much of each building's original structure and character, while providing guests with all new and modern amenities. This beautiful and historic property, once a thriving resort during Eagle River’s early 20th century resort era, has been revived and transformed into a unique vacation property. The Everett, referred to as the “Crown Jewel” of Eagle River, is once again a major contributor to the culture and history of Eagle River and has resumed its rightful place as one of Eagle River’s premiere vacation properties.

The Everett sits majestically upon 6 acres of pine tree laden land on the Everett Peninsula, a narrow peninsula that separates Catfish Lake, the largest fully recreational lake on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes from Cranberry Lake, the 2nd largest lake on the The Chain. With 350 sq. ft. of breathtaking, gently-sloping, Catfish Lake shore and offers its own private sand beach, private piers with boat slips, covered outdoor grill area that overlooks the beach, and several iron fire pits.

Engineering Society Retreat

We had a large group at the Everett lodge and we were blown away by the venue. The house is gorgeous, clean, and extremely spacious. We had access to a large dock, a nice beach and a fire pit area. The owner was very helpful and responsive the entire stay! Overall, we were extremely impressed and happy with our visit!

We had a blast at Everett Lodge! Everything we needed was readily available, the property was clean, Jim and Juli were so easy to work with and so welcoming. We had a large family reunion and it could not have gone better and we all had plenty of room! Highly recommend this amazing property and hosts!

Amazing Extended Family Get Together

We just got home from a long weekend at The Everett and can’t express how impressive this property is. The pictures just don’t do the place justice. We had family that came from all over Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota and everyone loved it. The owners were very responsive and showed us around and shared the history of The Everett. We have already booked for next year. We even had several take in the local junior league hockey game!

We had an amazing week at this classic Wisconsin lake resort. Wonderful space for our group of 40, We loved the pier and pontoon provided. We also loved the Marina Bar and the whole history of Eagle Lake, this point and the Everett. We will definitely return!

This place was absolutely amazing. We had a very large group of family and friends for our Christmas. The house is quite large, at no time did we feel crowded. It was very clean on our arrival and was even decorated for the holiday. Everyone had a wonderful time. The owner was very responsive, great communication. I would highly recommend this place! To have enough room to accomodate our very large group plus have everything you would need just made this an amazing Christmas our family will always remember!

Family reunion masterpiece!

Everything about this vacation was amazing. Jimmy, contacted us prior to check in and made that process a breeze. The cleanliness of the property was beyond expectations! For the house size, it was completely spotless! The included amenities, in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen made it feel as if we were in our home. Everything you could need, was there. Nothing was needed! We celebrated our family reunion. Eight adult families were able to enjoy each other in this spectacular location. Already planning the next gathering! Thank you!
