🌿 Outdoor Space
The yard has been freshly planted and is still filling in, but it’s already a peaceful spot with open country views. By the time the home is available for guests, the landscape will be more developed and even more inviting for relaxing outdoors. There will be a fire pit and grill outside even though it is not pictured.

RENTAL AGREEMENT / SECURITY DEPOSIT

After booking, guests will receive a short rental agreement to review and sign electronically.

A refundable security deposit hold is also required prior to arrival, similar to the temporary authorization many hotels place on a credit card during a stay. No charges are made unless damage, missing items, or violations of house rules occur.

The hold is automatically released after checkout once the property has been inspected.
