Direct access to Kingdom Trails from this tranquil private hideaway in East Burke! White School & Ware's Davis trails are right out the door. Have a blast mountain biking, then chill in the hammock, at the deck bar, or around the fire pit. Safe bike storage, ping-pong, & cornhole are in the garage. Burke Basecamp is just steps from town, so it's easy to grab great beer at East Burke Market or enjoy post-ride food. Fully stocked kitchen + outdoor grill. Open concept living area features wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows. Bedrooms feature super-comfortable bedding. Work remotely or stream your favorite shows with fast WiFi & smart TV.

Please note: if you visit us in winter or mud season it is best to have 4-wheel or all wheel drive.

There is are three exterior cameras for safety & security. One is mounted on the garage and views the driveway. Un endroit parfait pour un week-end de vélo

Bien situé, grand, avec plusieurs services. Idéal pour les cyclistes de montagne. Calme et paisible, à proximité de la White School. Vraiment, c'est une recommandation à vie pour nous !!!

We loved staying at Burke Basecamp. It was spectacularly located and the perfect mix of indoor/ outdoor space for our small group. The home is beautiful and well stocked for cooking in the kitchen. When we arrived, the house was still being cleaned. We were chill about it, but the host offered a late checkout as an accommodation. A gift of another day of enjoying Kingdom Trails! We highly recommend.

This was our second year in a row staying at Burke Basecamp, and it was as awesome as we remembered from the first time. Rae even accommodated our request for an early check-in by cleaning the house herself before our arrival! We'll be back again for a long mountain biking weekend!

Burke family stay

Burke Basecamp was a perfect match for what we needed. Close to the center but quiet, room for the family, and direct trail access! Rae was an excellent host, checking in on us, offering suggestions for things to do, places to eat, and ride routes. The one rainy day turned into board games and a ping pong tournament. Will definitely be back!

Spectacular- Perfect stay for Kingdom Trails

Booked for a group of eight riding for 3 days at KT. Place could not possibly have been more ideal for our group/outing. Communications with Rae were quick and clear, house was immaculately clean with everything you would need to stay in and cook if you wanted. The decks, fire pit and games in garage are a bonus. The bike racks and particularly the outdoor shower were a hit. Hope to stay here again for as long as these old guys can ride.

Perfect home for a solo getaway.. beautiful property, walking distance to cute coffee shop, Very clean and cozy home. Went on several fabulous hikes nearby. Wish I had had more time! Would love to return! Rae was wonderful and very helpful w/suggestions.

Recommend this rental

Check in was very easy and communication with Rae was excellent. Rae kept checking to make sure we are comfortable and if we needed anything.. The place was very clean. Kitchen was equip with the neccesities but we did not utilize since we only slept for 2 nights. We ate outside or bought our food to eat at home. I do recommend this rental for anybody...

Lovely rental in Burke

I've stayed at around 10 different rental properties in and around Burke, and this is one of my favorites. This trip there was only 3 of us, so we didn't take advantage of the bunk bedroom. The mattresses were super comfy and we all got great nights' sleep. We really enjoyed the views of Burke Mtn from the living room. And cleanliness of the property was 10/10.

This property was perfect. Clean, well laid out, close to town and the Kindgdom Trails. Rae was amazing to deal with and checked mulltiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. She even shared one her mtb routes with us for our first ride. That was invaluable because the trail system is a little intimidating if you dont know where to start. We had an awesome riding experience, cooked some great meals, enjoyed the beautiful fire pit and had great sleeps in the ultra comfy beds. We will be back for sure!!!

The ideal remote ski getaway

I’ve stayed in many ski cabins over the years and this has to be one of my favorites. The views of Burke were spectacular. The house was incredibly clean and equipped with everything that we would need for our stay. There are a number of good food options in the immediate area (Wildflower Inn and Burke Public House were my favorites). Additionally, the drive to Jay is quite easy. I can only speak to the king bed in the primary bedroom, but it was absolutely one of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in at a rental and I am a bed snob. On top of it all, the owner is very sweet and easy to communicate with. *only thing is that you really do need AWD/4WD/snow tires to make it up the hill during the winter or in mud season. A couple of cars in our group had Front wheel drive and were unable to make it so they had to park at the bottom of the hill and shuttle using the car that had AWD.

Wonderful!

We at such a great stay at Burke Basecamp! The property was spacious and clean, stocked with all the necessities and beautiful! The property is very convenient to Burke Mountain and town. We enjoyed 3 days of skiing at Burke with our kids, and it was great to end the day warming up by the gas "woodstove." Rae was a great host - easy to get in touch with and full of helpful information. We hope to come back soon!
