Please make sure you rinse off and clean your feet before using hot tub. No glassware or glass bottles on the beach or in the hot tub.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The pictures of this house are exactly what you get. It’s beautiful. Plenty to do around the area. The pond is clean and has some nice bass. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely vacation rental situated on quiet, calm “Fresh Pond”. Swimming. Kayaking and the fire pit made for a wonderful week! The owner was friendly, prompt, and available when needed.

We all had a very enjoyable stay at Brian's home despite the rain! We brought our 2 young adult kids and their significant others. Everyone really liked the pond and hot tub which we used every day. The home was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Everything we needed was available, including a nice array of condiments and spices for cooking. There is an ice cream spot called Sweet Sundaes 3 minutes down the road which we frequented every night that has the best ice cream! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
