The Space:

Welcome to our spacious Falmouth home, ideal for families! This property boasts a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room, providing a comfortable space for family gatherings. The living room, also located on the main floor, offers a cozy area to relax and unwind. The main floor further includes two bedrooms: one featuring a King-size bed, and another with a Queen-size bed, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements. Additionally, there's an office room equipped with a day bed that converts into two twin beds, an office table for work or study, and a comfortable chair for relaxation, along with a full bathroom for convenience. Upstairs, you'll discover a dedicated movie room, ideal for entertainment, and a large bedroom furnished with two triple bunk beds, each accommodating two twin beds and one full bed, providing plenty of space for larger groups. A full bathroom with a bathtub is also available on this floor. The basement level offers an elliptical for working out ,and laundry facilities for added convenience. Guests also have access to the garage for entertainement such as Men's cove - pingpong table/ smart tv.



Please note there will be toiletries provided to get you started during your stay, we will NOT supply enough toiletries for your entire stay. There are local stores to purchase some additional supplies if needed during your stay!

Getting around from our Falmouth home is easy! For those arriving by air, the closest airport is Barnstable Municipal Airport (HYA), approximately a 20-minute drive. Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is about a 90-minute drive. While public transportation options are limited in this area, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Parking is free on the premises, with ample space for multiple vehicles. If you're looking to explore the Cape, a car is recommended to fully enjoy the surrounding beaches, attractions, and local towns. The Teaticket neighborhood is best explored by car or ride-sharing services for convenient access to nearby amenities.

We offer free parking on the premises, with ample space for multiple vehicles. Pets are allowed, so feel free to bring your furry friends along (no additional fee). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours, to respect our neighbors. The house is equipped with a fire pit, and we kindly ask that you use it responsibly and follow all local fire safety regulations.
